Personal guidelines for a safe journey – our top 3

      1. Don’t do anything stupid!
In most of the cases it is enough to answer yourself the simple question “Would I do that at home?”. If the answer is no, don’t do it anywhere else!
      2. Cook it, boil it, peel it or forget it
        It is that simple!!!
      3. Eat where lots of locals eat
Locals know where the food is good. If there are many, the place has to buy fresh food regularly. If they have an open kitchen or let you have a look the better.
